Empowering the Next Generation of Gymnasts

From gymnast to chiropractor,

I created this space to help the next generation move better,

recover fully, and thrive with intention.

A young female gymnast wearing a black tracksuit and a gold medal around her neck is standing in a gymnasium, smiling for the camera. Behind her, another gymnast is on a balance beam, and other people are visible in the background.

“I UNDERSTAND THE DEMANDS ON YOUNG ATHLETES BECAUSE I HAVE LIVED THEM.

MY GOAL IS TO SUPPORT THEIR JOURNEY

SO THEY CAN REMAIN ACTIVE, HEALTHY AND INJURY-FREE.’

My why

I started The Gymnast Doc with one goal: to help gymnasts and young athletes take care of their bodies before it’s too late. After spending over a decade training and competing at the highest levels, I know the demands this sport places on your spine, your nervous system, and your mental health.

This page was built from experience. It’s not just about adjustments. It’s about education, prevention, and long-term performance. Whether you’re a gymnast, a parent, or a coach, this space is here to help you make smarter, more empowered choices about movement, recovery, and health.
